All plans reviewed by GC Design Build are protected under copyright law. When you purchase plan review services, you are granted a one-time, limited-use license to apply the recommendations to a single construction project based on the provided drawings.
Building Code Compliance Notice for Plan Review Services: Our plan review services are based on designs that comply with most national building codes at the time of creation. However, local codes and regulations can vary by location. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or purchaser’s builder to ensure that the construction meets all applicable local codes. GC Design Build, including its principals, employees, and agents, shall be held harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from the reviewed plans’ failure to meet local building or zoning requirements.
Due to differences in building codes, construction methods, and requirements across regions, additional modifications may be needed to adapt these plans for your location. Some municipalities may require plan reviews by a licensed architect or structural engineer. Any associated costs for meeting these additional requirements are the responsibility of the client. Any costs incurred to meet these additional requirements are the responsibility of the customer.
When you purchase plan review services from GC Design Build, you are acquiring a one-time review based on the provided drawings. This license is restricted to a single-use. Our pricing reflects typical single-level homes with 8-10ft ceilings, based on homes ranging from 2,500-5,000 square feet under roof. Additional structures detached garages may result in additional fees. The information provided or reference purposes only. All descriptions, quantities, units, costs, and pricing must be verified by the homeowner and/or the contractor. GC Design Build is not responsible for pricing discrepancies or inaccuracies.
