What does this deposit cover?
These services form a cohesive, end-to-end experience, allowing us to expertly manage every detail of your residential construction project. Together, we’ll create a home that’s perfectly tailored to you.
- Collaboration on Plans: Partnering closely with you and your architect to finalize and refine your plans, with ongoing reviews to identify potential efficiencies, resolve challenges, and ensure each design decision aligns with your vision.
- Detailed Build Budget Preparation: Crafting a transparent, itemized budget that includes a thorough scope breakdown, giving you a clear understanding of all project costs and expectations before construction begins.
- Lender Coordination and Support: Simplifying the financing process by coordinating with lenders, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring seamless communication to facilitate timely funding.
- Client Portal Access: Offering a user-friendly online portal for seamless collaboration, where you can review plans, track project progress, communicate with our team, and organize all your design ideas in one convenient place.
- Finalized Build Contract: Preparing a comprehensive and transparent build contract that clearly defines roles, responsibilities, scope, and costs, ensuring both clarity and alignment for a smooth project start.
- Permitting and Regulatory Compliance: After execution of Build Contract. Manage the permitting process from start to finish, including submission, follow-up, and necessary adjustments, to ensure full compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Please Note: This deposit is non-refundable and will not be applied to expenses in the event of a mutually agreed-upon cancellation prior to groundbreaking. In case of cancellation, any costs associated with the project—including, but not limited to, permits, plans, and engineering—are the responsibility of the owner and will be reimbursed as necessary.

To work with our trusted suppliers and subcontractors, the project location must be within the following counties:
North Carolina:
Mecklenburg (Charlotte area), Cabarrus, Union, Gaston , Southern Iredell, and Eastern Lincoln Counties
South Carolina:
Northern York, Lancaster, Horry, Georgetown, Charleston counties
